The National CLT conference put on by Grounded Solutions Network and the opening reception on Oct. 9th, 2017 at 5pm. We provide a forum for shared policy advocacy and technical resources amongst our members, and, to help support the growth of new Community Land Trusts in the San Francisco Bay Area.
The San Francisco Bay Area has a rich history of cooperative living and economies that continues to grow today. This site is a directory of people, groups, and events that share cooperative values. You can get started with the Bay Area co-op housing directory. Or list of Bay Area hackerspaces. Businesses owned and run either by the workers, or by those who shop there. Hackerspaces, infoshops, free skools, and other community spaces.
What is a Community Land Trust? Welcome to our site! We are working hard to provide long term and secure housing to low and moderate income folks in the Los Angeles area. Unlike other affordable housing organizations, BVCLT will ensure that the housing it builds or rehabilitates will remain accessibly priced beyond the first homeowners.
